Welcome To Taste of States a place where we celebrate the weird and wonderful food of the United States of America. This can be everything from the snacks that are available for a limited time to the foods that are classic traditions at events such as Christmas and Thanksgiving! Each week we will explore the facts and the history surrounding a different food.
COLD STONE BARBIE ICE CREAM
If there is one thing that has been hitting the headlines then that is Barbieheimer – the battle of the films! However, I do doubt that an ice cream parlour may not release a flavour to celebrate Oppenheimer (prove me wrong internet!) like they did for Barbie. Today we look at a special flavour that was released in the ice cream parlour ColdStone.
To celebrate the release of Barbie, Cold Stone announced that they are teaming up with Warner Brothers and Mattel to release a new product. The name of the ice cream is called All The Glitters Is Pink.
The ice cream pot comes with Pink Cotton Candy ice cream which is then topped with graham cracker pie crust which is crumbled, dance party sprinkles and whipped topping.
There are not many reviews yet online because it is not officially released until early August, however there are a handful online. These reviews are very mixed stating that the ice cream tastes more like vanilla and that there are better Barbie crossovers on the market.
