Forgotten Songs! – This Week – My My My

There are so many songs that are out there everywhere then all of a sudden they disappear and you only hear from them very rarely that they can create a sense of nostalgic for you, the listener. So roll up and welcome to Forgotten Songs where we celebrate these forgotten wonders.

My My My – Armand Van Halen

Today we head back to the early noughties to take a look at a dance track that you might remember. There was a time when the American producer and DJ Armand Van Heldon dominated the charts and today we look at it one of these songs.

My My My was released on the 30th August 2004 and was released under the record label of Southern Fried. The track also contains a sample of the track Comin’ Apart by composer Gary Wright and the vocals of the musician Tara McDonald. My My My is a track that was released from the album Nympho.

The song did well in the charts and went to number 1 in the Australian Club Chart, the UK Dance and The UK Indie Chart. I haven’t heard this song for so long and when I listened to this I found myself being dragged back to the early noughties and hearing this track all the time. It is one of those songs that gets trapped in your head.
