Today’s Featured Artist – INTERVIEW – Freedivers

Tell Us about:

Your latest single you have released:

Our latest single is “A thousand Shadows”

Your first single and how you felt when it was released:

Our first single “Freerider” was released in Nov 2019, and it was something very important for us, knowing that we were in the most important streaming services available to everyone, it was sensational. At the same time we knew that it was the first step on a long road.

Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:

Well, I think each one of us will have his own opinion about it, maybe I don’t even agree, but in my particular opinion it’s “Song for someone” I’m very proud of that song.

Your favourite song to play live:

“Roses”, that song has a lot of energy.

Your most emotional track:

“Song for Someone”, for sure

The best lyric you have ever written:

“Rabbit Hole”, Definitely

Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show:

It’s like a leap of faith. You know that you are going to give all of yourself, in exchange for establishing a connection with the public. If that happens, it will be reaching Nirvana.

The hardest track to play live:

None of them, with each one of them we enjoy.

Essential items you always take on tour with you?

The usual, spare guitar strings, cables, and of course another guitar

Describe your fans in three words:

Enthusiasts, nostalgics, faithful

A song by another artist or band you wish you had written

“All apologies” Nirvana.

What we can look forward to from your band this year

Well, we have lots of plans. We are working on two new singles, a promotional video and we are also working on a tour that should start in Spring. We cross our fingers.
