Forgotten Songs! – This Week – Either Way

There are so many songs that are out there everywhere then all of a sudden they disappear and you only hear from them very rarely that they can create a sense of nostalgic for you, the listener. So roll up and welcome to Forgotten Songs where we celebrate these forgotten wonders.

Either Way – The Twang

When I was at college, there was a massive surge of indie bands and today we are going to look at a track by one of these bands that dominated the music headlines.

Either Way was released by the band The Twang on the 28th May 2007. The track was released under the record label of B-Unique and produced by Gavin Monaghan. The single was the second track to be released off of the bands debut album called Love It When I Feel Like This.

The track initially went into the charts just by downloads alone and went into the position 33. When it was released the week after in a physical copy it went up in the charts to number 8.

I vaguely remember this song and the style of it sort of reflects the music that was popular at this time, I personally was not a fan of this track but a lot of people were.
