we all love to eat a tasty snack in the form of a biscuit, or a cookie as they say in America, well today we are looking at one thas has been made by a brand that has a strong history! Pepperidge Farm is a make that was founded in the 1940′ and has been making bakery products ever since. It is located in Norwalk in Connecticut.

The bakery is known for making many varieties of sweet treats but today we are looking at an item in their Slices range. These biscuits are very thin so that they are crispy and have a bite to them. To top them off, they are then covered in a sprinkling of a flavour and can range from anything from crunchy almond to sweet toffee or to the flavour that we are showcasing today – Peppermint!

Now, like everything with a hint of mint in America, this particular version are only available seasonally and around the holiday time on the run up to Christmas and Thanksgiving. There are really positive reviews about these cookies online and high praise for the way that they intertwine the flavours together.
