The Beatles

Anywhere with good acoustic and an audience who’s there to listen
Item to take with you on tour:
Studio headphones
Instrument:
Guitar
Song to play live:
Better In the Morning
Album by another musician:
Born and Raised or Battle Studies by John Mayer
Memory of tour:
Driving up to a venue in Hamburg and fans waiting there to get my autograph
Era for music:
60s/70s
Part of making a record:
That moment when the production starts to come together and you know you’re doing the right thing for the song
Thing about performing at festivals:
The buzz from the crowd
Quote:

Thing about the music industry at the moment:
For me it’s the growing community of women working in music that I’m lucky to be a part of. Seeing more women in roles typically dominated by men is inspiring – although there’s still a long way to go to even out the playing field.
Thing about last year?
Getting married in April !
