OREO PINA COLADA

It has been a while since we have discussed the world of the Oreo Cookie but never fear! There is always so many new flavours in the United States we are never going to run out about talking about one of them! Today we are going somewhere tropical and even may remind you of a fancy cocktail.

In 2018, Oreo Cookies decided to launch a brand new flavour – Pina Colada, it came about when the company decided to launch a competition called My Oreo Creation Contest where members of the public could come up with new flavour ideas. Those who submitted ideas could win $500,000 Pina Colada became one of the finalists alongside Kettle Corn and Cherry Cola. Each of these flavours became available with the public having the final decision.

The Pina Colada version was a limited edition Thin version of the cookie with a pineapple and coconut cream filling sandwiched in the middle of a golden wafer. There are many positive reviews online about this version with people praising how refreshing and fruity they actually taste.
