Memory of tour

Driving through the night during halloween from Scotland to play a gig in South England. I had 7 cups of coffee and thought I was going to fall asleep. Not sure its my favourite memory but it’s definitely most memorable!

Era for music

Late 90’s/early 00’s. That stuff hit differently!

Part of making a record

I love hearing that first mix back and the energy and excitement from the first chorus hitting. The writing process is so special to me so hearing a song in it’s full studio glory is priceless.

Thing about performing at festivals

I love festivals SO much. My favourite part is playing a fun set and then grabbing a pint and checking out other artists. It’s amazing what artists you can fall in love with thanks to festival sets.

Quote

‘Nothing worth having comes easy.’

Thing about the music industry at the moment

How much music is being released. Although it’s hard to keep up sometimes – it feels like artists are having to really up their game about how much music they need to make and release!

Thing about last year?

Live shows! I’ve played so many last year and I plan on making sure this year is even busier.
