All year I have decided to keep a diary of tracks that I am enjoying so that maybe you can gain new ideas of tracks to listen to or even try out. So I thought what a great way to end the year and highlight some of the tracks throughout 2022 that I have enjoyed. Here are some of my favourite tracks from October to December

7/10/2022 – This Is Why, Paramore
It has been a long time since we have had new music from Paramore and it was a nice surprise to have this track announced. I would not say that it is my favourite song of theirs but it is unique and it is nice to hear something fresh from the band and intrigued to see what the album leads.
4/10/22 – Edging, Blink-182
Anyone that reads this website will know that I am a huge Blink-182 fan and Tom Delonge, so the news that he returned to the band was an exciting (but to be honest I was expecting it ) surprise and their first track together in 10 years was a delight! I really like this song and it is very addictive that I can listen to it on repeat.
7/10/22 – Dandelions, Hawthorne Heights
I heard this song for the first time on this day and it was a track that I found pretty catchy. It is just one of those tracks that is just a good rock song, big guitars, catchy lyrics and just a fun listen. The chorus is big and punchy and makes you want to listen to it loudly in headphones.
4/11/22 – Never Gonna Not Dance Again, P!nk
This song is really catchy and has a chorus that is hard not to sing along with when you hear it. The track is catchy and also uplifting at the same time. The lyrics have a really positive theme to them and I feel like the song has some sort of samples of other popular tracks in it but I may be wrong.
10/11/22 – Hallucinate, Yours Truly feat Josh Franceschi
This is a great rock track and it is great to hear these two great bands merged together to create a really catchy track. It is fast paced, it introduces a really unique sound created with guitars and electric sounds and it is a delight to the ears. Their voices together of the two front members of both Yours Truly and You Me At six work really well and it is a really fun track.
11/11/22 – Chemicals, American Teeth
I came across this song on one of my daily playlists on Spotify – I had never heard it before and found it instantly intriguing. The track takes elements that are very relevant in modern music and takes a sort of spin on it to give it a more modern twist. It is a catchy track and I would recommend a listen.
02/12/22 – Best Night Of Your Life – Olly Murs
I am usually a fan of Olly Murs music but I cannot get on with the new album as personally I find it a bit cheesy and overdone. However, there was one track that I enjoyed off the actual album, I liked this song as it resembled the style of Olly Murs music that I liked but I found the rest of it too much.
