This month we are taking a look at a completely different angle at the subject of food in the USA. Food isn’t something you can just eat, it is also something you can now wear, use or even have it as a scent. One of the most crazy things I think I have seen myself was when I was in Chicago airport, and there was Bacon flavored toothpaste. Since that day in 2011 I’ve been fascinated with what else is out there. I thought it would be fun to spend this December taking another look at clothing and accessories that are inspired by food brands and snack.

WENDY’S ROLE PLAYING GAME

Today we are going to look at something that I never would’ve ever thought that a fast food restaurant would have released as a product to promote their brand but you learn something new everyday! In 2019 it was announced that Wendy’s was to release a role-playing game. 

The game that was released by the brand was called the Feast of Legends and was a 100 page booklet that allowed you to explore this new kingdom. To make this world come alive they also released a dramatic trailer for the adventure. 

In this role-playing game, you are guided by the Game Master, you are citizens of Freshtovia, the last bastion of fresh food and hope that is ruled by the Queen herself Wendy. In the game you explore locations such as French Fry Forest, Top Bun Mountains and Deep Freeze. 

In the game you get bonuses if you are eating Wendy’s in real life you get given bonuses, whereas if you eat other fast food you gain debuffs.
