Your first single and how you felt when it was released:

Palm Trees. It felt surreal! I waited for a long time to be able to put my first single out, worked tirelessly in the studio until I felt it was done, so when it was finally out in the world, I felt proud and excited. 

Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:

Blink 182

Your favourite song to play live:

I haven’t played a show yet, but I’m going to take a guess and say SAD GIRL SUBURBIA

The song that was the longest to write and why?

Palm Trees. Me and my producer did multiple edits to the song to get it to feel right, I wanted it to feel like a story, an experience.

Blink 182

The best lyric you have ever written:

“we had nothin but we always had each other, now you’re just a memory I visit every summer”

Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show:

Nervous, but exactly where I’m supposed to be. As soon as my foot hits the stage, I feel like I’m on fire- in a good way. 

The hardest track to play live:

Again, I’m going to guess “Blink 182” because it’s my most emotional song.

ah that’s so tough! There are so many!!! But as of right now, i’m obsessed with “share your feelings” by Junior Varsity
