SALTED CARAMEL PEPSI
It is always fun to look at unusual drink combinations in the United States and today we look at a drink that Pepsi released a few years ago. In August 2017, the brand Pepsi announced that it was releasing a new flavour for the holiday season, Pepsi Salted Caramel. The product was available in stores from the 6th November.
According to Pepsi, the drink is meant to blend a taste of cola with a caramel finish which is meant to be a very refreshing outcome. It was only available for the festive season and was discontinued on December 31st.
There are many reviews online and I have taken a few of the comments that seem to be a common theme. They state that it is one of those flavours that gets better over time and has a sweet after taste. There was also a very faint taste of caramel however it was not that noticeable, others also commented that it needed a salty taste to it
