Welcome to the feature where every fortnight we will explore different topics that are listed in the book A List A Day by Paperchase. They range from food, music and travel to really random topics so I thought it wold be a fun one to talk about throughout the year!

Today’s List: Dreams

Dreams are a funny thing aren’t they? I find sometime you can have some really bizarre dreams that you remember years and years later. I used to keep a dream diary years ago and some of the stories my brain would come up with is so random, I guess things you do during the day can play on your mind and create these really unusual worlds, so I thought I would take a look at some of the dreams that I remember from over the years.

Chuck Vs… – When I first started watching Chuck at university, I became obsessed, it was such a good show that I binged watched it a lot, this meant that it completely effected my dreams. I used to have dreams that I was a spy with Chuck and his team avoiding everything from bombs and fighting bad guys – they were such vivid dreams! I still love that show and embrace dreams if I have them.

Celebrity Weirdness – Everyone has a weird dream when a celebrity appears for no known reason. I remember bits and bobs from random dreams where certain people from the world of fame have turned up for no reason – everything from Jay Z trying to have a meeting in a room, a gig with Blink-182 and going on an adventure with various actors. I think a lot of them are usually flared by things you watch or listen to when you go to sleep.

Nightmares – Why is it the dreams that you end up remembering the most are nightmares? I do not have them that often but when I do they freak the hell out of me and I can remember them for ages, it is horrible, especially when you wake up and think that a dream is actually real.
