KODIAK ISLANDER BURGER
Today we are heading to Alaska to a place that has a lot of great reviews for their food online and one of those items is called the Kodiak Islander. The delicacy is from the hamburger restaurant that is called Arctic Roadrunner. It is located on 5300 Old Seward Hwy in Anchorage and is open daily from 1030am. The hamburger venue has been around since 1964 that prides itself on its small menu of indulgent delicacies.
The Kodiak Islander is a hamburger that includes a beef patty with lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and green mild peppers. It is then topped with a slice of bologna, salami or ham and then two types of cheese – American and Mozzarella. It is finished off with an onion ring placed on top.
There are a lot of really positive reviews online in relation to the burgers on offer at Arctic Roadrunner with praises to their taste and the atmosphere as a whole.
