If you were around in the nineties, then you will be aware that the boyband 911, were quite a big deal. Well, today we head back to the peak of their stardom to look at one of their chart topping tracks.

Party People…Friday Night was released on the 20th October 1997, it was written by Tim Lever, Elliot Kennedy and Mike Percy. The single was released under the record label Virgin. The single came from the second studio album Moving On which was released in 1998.

The single reached number 5 in the United Kingdom chart and it is not hard to understand why. I always found this single really catchy. It is a catchy pop track that makes you want to tap your toe along to it.
