Forgotten Songs! – This Week – Kiss The Rain

There are so many songs that are out there everywhere then all of a sudden they disappear and you only hear from them very rarely that they can create a sense of nostalgic for you, the listener. So roll up and welcome to Forgotten Songs where we celebrate these forgotten wonders.

Kiss The Rain – Billie Myers

Today we look at a single that was released in the nineties and even appeared on the soundtrack of Dawson’s Creek season 2. Kiss The Rain was released by Billie Myers, Eric Bralden and Desmond Child. It was also produced by Desmond Child and released under the record label of Universal.

The single dd really well in the UK and went to number 4 in the charts. In other countries it went to number 15 on the Billboard in the USA, 2 in Canada, 4 in the Netherlands, 10 in Ireland and 12 in Italy.

This song very much defines a sort of a ballad that was released in the nineties and there are man that sound similar to this. I found this track ok and when I hear it, the track reminds me of the cheesey tunes that could be the nineties.
