Tell us about:
Your latest single you have released:
It’s called Cold and it’s about people and relationships in the 21st century. I wrote it last year and after writing it I sent it straight to my producer Mark! We decided to release it as soon as we finish working on it. We really love that song!
I feel like people nowadays are so scared of being vulnerable, they’re scared of being themselves and nobody trusts each other. There is so many people who put on masks, there is so much judgement, anxiety, fear but so little love. That’s what “cold” is about.
I wish we could all learn how to love, be honest and trust each other so we can build true relationships between us. At the end of the day other people can have such an impact on us, why not love and support each other ?
Your first single and how you felt when it was released:
My first single “Shouldn’t be” was released in Feb 2020. It was about irrational fear of losing someone. It used to be on Spotify but I don’t think this song represents me anymore so it’s not on any streaming platforms under my name. It’s still on my SoundCloud cause I uploaded it for my mum .
Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:
I don’t have an album yet! I am planning to but I wanna make sure I find the right team to work with me first. For now my favourite song is “Cold”.
Your favourite song to play live:
“Flowergirl” but it’s not released yet. People who come to my gigs know some of my unreleased music . This one is gonna be released later this year and it’s gonna be magical.
Your most emotional track:
“Cold”. I was literally crying, drinkin gin and playing piano while writing this song. It is really emotional for me because I always felt like an alien. I value people and relationships but I keep meeting people who don’t care about anything. I really wish people weren’t so cold.
The best lyric you have ever written:
“Mr Lovin “but again it’s not released yet! I have a lot of songs hidden and I am waiting for a good moment to release them.
Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show:
It’s incredible. It’s like somebody just gave you a shot of happiness and all you wanna do is jump around and sing! I really love it because I feel like the stage allows me to truly be myself and connect with my audience. I love to see their faces when I’m performing! Music can be bridge that connects people together and that’s beautiful.
The hardest track to play live:
I wouldn’t say there’s such a thing in my case. Practice makes perfect.
Essential items you always take on tour with you?
I didn’t have a tour yet but for my future tour I would take my phone to document everything and some of my crystals for goodluck!
Describe your fans in three words:
True. Loyal. Loving
A song by another artist or band you wish you had written:
Yes to Heaven – Lana Del Rey. I think i have a thing for unreleased songs . This song just teleports me to a place I wish I could stay forever in. It’s heavenly!
What we can look forward to from your band this year:
A lot of new music! It’s going to be really exciting and I can’t wait to show my art to the world.
