Tell Us about:
Your latest single you have released:
On My Way is out today! It is my anthem to remind myself and anyone else that life needs to be taken by the horns and we need to go out and find our adventure no matter if he hit the highs and the lows, It is all important as one thing always leads to another.
I wanted to write something upbeat and very fun to make sure that whenever I need that push in life and that reminder that I need to appreciate the highs more and remember how the lows are temporary, then I just need to listen to my little song to help me see clearly.
Your first single and how you felt when it was released:
My first single was called NOT OVER YET and it was an absolute ride to release it. I was fortunate enough to have filmed a music video in New York City and it was like a dream at the time but was so much fun. I love looking back on my little adventures overseas.
Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:
I’m gonna be there! A song i recorded in Montreal, Canada. It is a big pop ballad but has a lot of energy behind it. Loved being able to use the “We will rock you” drum style in the arrangement.
Your favourite song to play live:
A song called “Please Go’ which is yet to be released yet but it’s coming. For now, it’s just a live song only.
Your most emotional track:
“Please Go” again.. it’s literally telling someone to go away. I find it the most confronting
The best lyric you have ever written:
“with you my garden is green, without you my garden is yellow”
Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show:
Absolutely thrilling and full of nerves. It’s not something you can get used to. It’s always the same amount of excitement for me if I perform for 400 people or 4.
The hardest track to play live:
The green garden. It’s not too complicated but it’s the only song in 3/4 time so It’s just got a different vibe.
