AMANO FAT BABY
Sometimes with this article, you end up reading about a menu item that seems really crazy that you cannot wait to write about it. There was a product released in 2019 that is so bizarre and unlike anything else.
There is an Italian restaurant in Las Vegas that is known for creating really unique dishes such as a Pizza Pre-zoni ( a half pizza and half calzone), crazy garlic knots and speciality pizzas and pastas. Today we are going to look at an item that caused quite a stir a few years ago and is still very popular item on the menu – Fat Baby’s.
So what exactly is a Fat Baby? It is a massive Hero sub load that has been hollowed out and had garlic oil brushed inside, then the sub is stuffed with lots of pasta and sauce.
The Fat Boys start at $16.95 and there are a variety of flavours available excluding the Fill-A-Buster (linguini, hen, rosemary chicken vekute), Lasagna, Sicilian Baked Ziti and The Fuhgeddaboutit (mozzarella, arboris rice, parmesan, cream cheese, Calabrian peppers, provolone, penne pasta, celery, shrimp, langoustine, chicken, Italian sausage and wings) just to name a few.
The Fat Baby gained a lot of interest on Instagram, so have praised the idea whilst others have believed that it is too much to handle.
