Welcome to the sister article to In The Games Corner that is about computer games but with a different spin. I have been playing computer games from a very young age and I find that some games when I think of them are attached to very strong memories. So, I thought it would be fun to share memories that I have attached to some of these games as there are a few. I wanted to call this feature Memory Card because a lot of my memories that i have strongly are around the Playstation 1 and there will be a few around that particular card. Today we take a look at 2048.

Sometimes an app can have such a simple ideology behind it that it can become really addictive and a challenge that you want to take on. Around 2014/2015 there was an app that was introduced to the world called 2048. It was a pretty easy challenge – get to 2048 by sliding two blocks of the same number together, simple right? Well, no not really.

It was a game that was infuriating, annoying and really irritating at times but most of all, without meant to be, it as really really addictive. It made you adamant to want to get to the golden number of 2048.

What would infuriate you even more is when your friend would complete it and you still were stuck and were not even close. I still remember the day that I finally got to 2048 for the first time. It was such a golden moment full of excitement and achievement.

I have played it recently and it still is hard but you can be more chilled out playing it because you are not forcing yourself to do well a you have already done that.
