I Love How It Hurts- Scouting For Girls
Today we look at a single that was originally meant to be part of a re-release of a second album but instead it was released as a single from the third album. Love How It Hurts was released by Scouting For Girls on the 10th July 2011. It was written by Roy Stride and produced by Andy Green.
It ended up being a standalone single that ended up being on the third album The Light Between Us. It was released under the record label of Sony Music Entertainment. The single was released as a digital download and went into the charts at number 16 in the Scotland and number 17 in the United Kingdom.
It may not be a high topping song in the charts but it is a really lovely track and really hits the emotional heart strings. It has some beautiful piano melodies that make it an uplifting track.
