I have been playing computer games from a very young age and I find that some games when I think of them are attached to very strong memories. So, I thought it would be fun to share memories that I have attached to some of these games as there are a few. I wanted to call this feature Memory Card because a lot of my memories that i have strongly are around the Playstation 1 and there will be a few around that particular card. Today we take a look a at – NHL 2021

This year I found myself feeling bored – I had finished (or nearly finished) all of my games and felt sort of like I needed something to try and fill the void in my gaming heart. I wanted something that would challenge me whilst also keep me entertained.

The other week I was on the Playstation Store and looked at their sale to see if anything stood out and one actually did – NHL 2021. I don’t tend to buy sport games unless you include Tony Hawks but considering that the NHL games never go down in price and this was the first time I had saw that it had, it was something I had to buy.

In 2014, I went t Tampa on holiday and went to three ice hockey games and became addicted to the sport. I used to play hockey in school as well so the sport rekindled my love for it. I always try to keep up with Tampa Bay Lightning and the New York Rangers but in the UK it is flipping difficult to do, so only really follow them on Instagram.

As soon as I bought the game and played it, it was like something had lit up inside of me and I became addicted and remembered why I loved the sport in the first place. It also made me realise how much I miss the sport and also playing hockey as a whole.

The only version I have currently played is the career one and I am doing reasonably well (just reached the first Stanley Cup Playoffs) I really enjoy it and it is such a fun game to play!
