In The Games Corner – MEMORY CARD EDITION – The Games Afoot With Sherlock

I have been playing computer games from a very young age and I find that some games when I think of them are attached to very strong memories. So, I thought it would be fun to share memories that I have attached to some of these games as there are a few. I wanted to call this feature Memory Card because a lot of my memories that i have strongly are around the Playstation 1 and there will be a few around that particular card. Today we take a look at The Testament of Sherlock Holmes

I am a big fan of the Sherlock Homes books and when I found out that there was a game on the PlayStation 3 based on the character I had to get it. When I bought it I didn’t realise I had got the second game in the series, it didn’t matter though because it was not a continuation and was a completely separate entity.

In the game you have to go round to different locations solving murders and other major crimes. You have to examine bodies, locations and interview people to get to the bottom of who did it. At the end of each crime you choose who you think is guilty and you find out if you are right or wrong.

I really like this game, the graphics are fantastic, the stories are engaging and you get to visit some really interesting locations in Victorian London. It is one of these games that is really easy to become addicted to.

I played this non-stop for a few weeks on the PlayStation as once you get your head around the format it becomes really addictive. I liked it because it was so different to anything else I had played and was so excited when thy decided to do other games in this world.
