LUCKY CHARMS JUST MAGICAL MARSHMALLOWS
Have you ever tried Lucky Charms cereal? If so, you will know that one of the stars of the breakfast is the marshmallows, well, in 2020, it became a reality to actually purchase them on their own – yes you heard that correctly.
The idea for this product actually dates back to 2015 when the company behind the brand, General Mills released 10 special edition boxes of marshmallows to ten lucky fans to give them the experience that they were all wanting. In 2017 the company gave away another 10,000 boxes to lots of luck fans and due to the popular demand last year brought new opportunities.
In August of last year, it was discovered via an Instagram account that a local supermarket in Knoxville was selling a Lucky Charms product called Just Magical Marshmallows. Each container contains the classic shapes you would find in the cereal of hearts, clovers, stars, unicorns and blue moons. The product weighs 170g and cost $3.99 to purchase and just like the original products, they were available for a limited time.
