Your latest single you have released:

ACHILLES HEEL out now as a download via GLASS RECORDS.. The track will appear on the forthcoming release out at the of march VENUS FLY TRAP-TIME LAPSE 1989-94 CD/DL(GLASS RECORDS MODERN)a selection of tracks collected from the albums TOTEM,PANDORAS BOX and LUNA TIDE,placed together as a possible alternative album in this alternate reality.

Your first single and how you felt it was released:

I have released material in other bands,but the first single for VENUS FLY TRAP was MORPHINE which originally came out on French label TUESDAY RECORDS,it was a beginning of an exciting time for us we got to go France to play and experience being abroad,so it was a gateway release to a completely new world.

Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:

Tend to look at albums as a whole body of work to be listened to from beginning to end in the order chosen by the band,it makes more sense that way,but obviously we put tracks ou to promote the release.

Your favourite song to play live:

The one that goes down the best,no again its a set one song linking to the next song to give it a flow to form one piece of work.

Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show:

Its now or never,excitement mixed with trepidation,once the first song starts your in the zone.

Essential items you always take on tour with you:

Phone charger plus adaptors plus all the obvious stuff..but have to have my shades.

Describe your fans in three words:

Tortured souls.

What can we look forward to from the band this year:

Working on some new tracks to be released later this year and hopefully get out and play when the all clear has been given,see you all on the other side…
