9PM (Till I Come) – ATB
Today we look at a dance track that I remember being around quite alot when I was a kid. 9PM (Till I Come) was the debut single by ATB and had the vocals of Yolanda Rivera. The dance track was released 26th October 1998, it was written by Andre Tanneberger and released under the record labels of Kontor and Radical.
The track came off 9f ATB debut album Movin’ Melodies and was the lead track. This track was a huge dance anthem in the UK, it was a song that some critics stated made summer sound so good. One reviewer by the Daily Record even went that one step further and said it will ‘forever remind you of the last summer of the Millennium.’
The song did really well in the charts and actually entered the charts in the summer of 1999. It went straight in at number 1 in the UK and became the fifth best selling single of that year. The song went into the top 10 in Greece (2), Denmark (3), Italy (3), Norway (3) and the US Dance Club Songs Chart (7) just to name a few.
I remember this track when it was released as it was always on the radio, it was a song that was everywhere in the summer.
