Today’s Featured Artist – INTERVIEW – Dig Two Graves

Tell us about:

Your latest single you have released:

Josh: Our latest single is a remix of our song Wick.

Kenny: Son of Michel took our rock and roll classic and somehow made it even better

Your first single and how you felt when it was released:

Josh: Our first single was Wick, I was pretty excited. I think people liked it a lot.

Kenny: Wick has some of the best piano parts in any of our songs. The fans can’t get enough of it. I was very stoked when we put it out since it was our first release and we got a lot of support right away.

Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:

Josh: So Below is pretty cash money.

Kenny: I think it’s objectively our best thus far. Keep an eye out for the new stuff though.

Your favourite song to play live:

Josh: I like playing Wick because it’s easy and fun.

Kenny: Unpopular opinion but I like playing Track 2 a lot. Josh hates it because it’s hard

Your most emotional track:

Josh: Deathwish is pretty sad, Mike wrote it about some dark times.

Kenny: The whole EP is pretty sad tbh but Deathwish is probably the peak.

Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show:

Josh: Like I have the biggest weiner in the room.

Kenny: I’m always stoked. Playing live is one of the best parts of playing in a band.

The hardest track to play live:

Josh: Track 2 always messes me up for some reason.

Kenny: True, it’s a bit weird.

Essential items you always take on tour with you?

Josh: Dry shampoo for the boys, protein powder for the gains.

Kenny: Don’t forget deodorant tho

Describe your fans in three words:

Josh: Cute, handsome, powerful.

Kenny: Rich, wholesome, cute

A song by another artist or band you wish you had written:

Josh: I would kill myself to have written Lipslap by Kero Kero Bonito.

Kenny: I wish I wrote Mezmer by Pinkly Smooth. What a bop.

What we can look forward to from your band this year:

Josh: I have no idea, depends if everyone still sick.

Kenny: Should have some new singles and potentially a music video. Keep a look out.
