Today’s List – Times I Was Glad I Sad Yes
Improv
Ok so this is an obvious one but also the initial leap into doing improv was one of the hardest Yes’ to do as it was a huge jump into the unknown. I am so glad I said yes to learning improv as it has opened up many doors to new friends, new adventures and a lot of writing!
America
In 2010 there was an opportunity to work in New York City for 3 months over the summer. It was a huge leap and decision to do but I am glad I did it. I learnt a lot about travelling on my own, it was an amazing experience. It was so fun living in a different country and it is something I will never forget!
Bon Jovi
My friend had a stadium tickets for Bon Jovi and last minute a ticket became available and I was offered it. At University £45 felt like a lot of money for a concert but I am glad I agreed to pay it and go because it was a great experience and the first time I had been to a football stadium to see a concert!
Bryan Adams
The same friend who took me to see Bon Jovi also won tickets to see Bryan Adams in a church. I was so glad that I said yes to going to this gig as it was such a unique experience
