Trivia

  • Good Luck Charlie (2010) was so popular that India adapted the show with the title Best of Luck Nikki
  • The show used the same set as Hannah Montana (2006). When the Hannah Montana cast moved out, Good Luck Charlie (2010) moved in.
  • Creators wanted to make a series revolving around a regular, working class family. Producers felt it would make the show more relatable to viewers, and serve as a contrast to the types of families and characters portrayed in shows like Hannah Montana (2006) and Wizards of Waverly Place (2007).
  • Teddy’s age has not been very consistent throughout the show. In Season 1 she had her 16th Birthday after Charlie had her 1st, and in Season 4 she had her 18th Birthday after Charlie had her 4th.
  • The show was originally called Love, Teddy, but the producers wanted to put more of the family into it and wanted to attract more boys.
