Ladndforms caused by nature can be incredibly interesting and one of the most iconic ones int he UK is the Needles on the Isle of Wight. The Needles were formed over time due to their unusual geology. The chalk is nearly vertical and this is what has lead to their pointy shape. They were formed in the 1700s due to an epic storm.

So why go and see the Needles? Well is is an impressive sight to see and really is a fantastic natural wonder. There are many ways you can view the coastline. I have always done the walk up the cliffs to see The Needles through the National Trust Old Battery and New Battery Fort sight. However, there is an attraction park where you can get a ride down to a viewing point and have fun with the whole family.
I have been the The Needles many times and always enjoyed them, they are really impressive and great to see.
