We are currently putting on hold all Show Of The Week articles so instead we are delving into the archives with a few articles every Monday to make up for it. So every Monday we will be sharing a few interviews from our archives for you to read and enjoy – this is everything from the world of improv, to comedy to music. Enjoy.
How Improv Changed Their Life – Steve Roe
There is nothing more interesting then finding out how someone started their journey into improv. In April of 2018 we sat down with Steve Roe, one of the founders of Hoopla to find out how improv jumped into his life and how it changed it.
“I’m better at expressing how I think and feel. I used to keep all emotions inside unless drunk. Now I’ve found I can be more honest and open with people in my life. “

Lost In Music
In 2018, we used January to celebrate different areas and topics of music, one of the topics was focussed on what song you would relate to your best friend and it was a fun topic to write about.
“I quite like this song – it’s pretty catchy and has a really good beat that it’s not hard to see why it did well.“

It was hard because it became a huge part of your life and you had to force yourself to do it even when there wasn’t anything happening. The good thing was it sort of forced you to do something different every day.
“I would recommend it to people as it’s a good way to reflect and you can really see where your life goes in just 365 days.“
