When you go to a new area in the United Kingdom, the most important thing is trying to find a nice place to stay so you can relax and have a nice time in the evenings. In Chester there is one hotel that I recommend that you check out the next time you are there – the Crowne Plaza.

Crowne Plaza Chester is located on Trynity Street which is a short walk from the train station and located just on the edge of the town centre. The entrance to the hotel is underneath the city car park which may sound a bit random but it is a safe place to walk around even at night as it is not like a normal city.

The hotel is also a Spa as well and is home to a swimming pool, steam room, gym and all sorts of treatments including massages to manicures.  Apart from the treatments all the other Spa facilities are complimentary to those who stay at the hotel as well. The hotel is also home to the Stables Bar and Grill Restaurant where you can order a variety of food including everything from steaks to salads, burgers and vegetarian options.

Now, lets talk about the most important part of any hotel – the rooms. There are a variety of rooms on offer and are different sizes including everything from a Guest Room Double to an Executive Club Family room.

I stayed at this hotel for a night and found the staff very friendly and the hotel really nice. The bed was comfy, the room was quiet and it was in a really good location for the town, the food was really nice as well.
