Welcome to this months feature – all about food! Every month of the year we run a regular feature called Taste of States  where we look at the weird and wonderful world of American Snack food and takeaway fast food as there is so much interesting stuff on offer. Well, for this years Christmas I thought we would take a break from America and focus on the United Kingdom.

If there is a time where the United Kingdom really goes inventive on food then it is the festive holidays and since we have a lot of American and Canadian readers I thought it would be fun to turn the tables and highlight some of the fun, ridiculous and potentially delicious ideas that brands, takeaways and supermarkets have created over the years.
