This month is all about the world of the Sitcom and the comedy – have you ever watched one of these and realised you actually learnt something? Well this happens to me on a regular basis and when I sit back and actually think about what I am watching on the screen you can actually see valid life lessons being displayed to you – because comedies are always an exaggerated version of real life.

So over the next month, we are going to explore different life lessons that I have learnt from a number of different comedies – some really valuable, some not so much but still interesting all the same.
