PEANUT BUTTER PICKLE POPSICLES

The one thing that is great about America is that they always come up with unusual combinations for the summer period. I do not know where this original idea for this recipe came from but the one place that I discovered this recipe was on the website Hello Giggles and when I have looked around a lot of other places reference them as the place they came across the recipe as well – so that could of been the place it came from.

The pickle craze has been a really popular trend in America in the past few years, and in 2018 this new recipe came about.  Peanut Butter Pick Popsicles is made of pickle juice, sugar, chopped dill pickles and coconut oil. The ice pop is covered in peanut butter chips and roasted and salted peanuts when they are frozen.

So what do the popsicles taste like? Well according to articles, it has a a sweet taste as well as really tangy flavour at the same time. The peanut butter flavour counteracts the pickle and balances the ice out and makes it rich and also zesty.
