Hello! Tell us about your Discount Comedy Checkout ?

It’s an adult improv show where we take any suggestion from the audience!

How did you come up with the name of your show that your taking to the Camden fringe?

I wanted the name to sound like a mix of ideas as it’s an improv show so thought of a supermarket checkout!

Tell us a little bit about your style of show?

Short form Improv comedy – lot’s of varied game formats including movie pitches, news shows and shopping channels!

What will your set be about?

Whatever the audience bring in their brains!

What other acts are you looking forward to seeing at the fringe?

More improvisation shows while we are down there.

Have you done the fringe before? What have been some of your favourite shows to date and why?

Not the Camden Fringe. We have done a lot of other fringes, which is why we wanted to do this one, this year.

What advice would you give to others who want to perform at Camden Fringe next year?

Advance planning goes without saying for any fringe shows. Get everything ready well in advance.

What is the best thing about performing at the Camden fringe?

We get to test our northern humour down south!

What are your three favourite things about Camden?

Locals, shops and variety!

Favourite one liner you have done in a show and why?

“I knew Cher would be a big help with that time travel advice!” This line shows that anything can happen with our shows.

Who would be your ultimate dream audience member?

One who doesn’t ALWAYS say porn! We’ve now started to ask for specific porn areas, which shows what the audience member really likes…..

The iconic image of the Camden Fringe is the Pigeon – if you could call this years pigeon a name to represent its style what would it be and why?
