V were a boyband that was formed in 2004 and were signed to Island Records. V was made up of members Antony, Aaron, Mark, Kevin and Leon. They were called V because it was the Roman Numeral for five and reflected how many members of the band that there were.

V debuted as a group at exactly the same time as McFly as they were both support acts on Busted’s tour of 2004. Their first single was called ‘Blood Sweat and Tears’ and it went straight into the charts at number 6.

Their second single was released in 2004 and was a double A side with ‘Hip to Hip’ and a cover of the Jacksons song ‘Can You Feel it?’. They had one more official single which was released in 2004 again that was called ‘You Stood Up.’

All of the singles came off of their debut and only album called ‘You Stood Up’. It was released at the end of 2004 and only went into the charts at number 86. So lets have a look at their music today.
