Hello Gary! Tell us all about your show!

Awww SNAP is our brand new sketch show where we delve even deeper into Marvel lore. So much has happened since our last show; Captain Marvel, Infinity War, Endgame! We’re also going to looking at some or our favourite non-MCU movies, like Logan, Deadpool, Into the Spiderverse, etc.

Improv the Marvel-verse is a collaboration show between us and Tom of Noise Next Door fame. We’ll be improvising a new Marvel movie trilogy every day and will have a rotating line up of guest players from Noise Next Door, Showstoppers, Notflix and loads of other amazing groups.

What other acts are you looking forward to seeing at the fringe?

We always love watching The Kagools and, I probably shouldn’t say this but Austentacious (please check spelling) is the best long form improv show at the fringe!! Obviously. we thoroughly recommend anything that The Noise Next Door are doing… they have an afternoon and a late night show.

Have you done the fringe before? What are the key pieces of advice you have been given or would give to new groups or people performing at the fringe.

Between us, we’ve taken up 12 different shows and, if we’ve learnt one thing, it’s… um… we haven’t learnt anything.

What have been some of your favourite shows to date and why?

That we’ve seen? Rubik’s Cube master Tom Crosbie once did a trick that impressed me so much, I involuntarily shouted “FUCK OFF!” from the audience in disbelief (I’ve since apologised and he’s now a good friends).

What is the best way to enjoy yourself at the fringe?

Never have any expectations for anything ever! And get lots of sleep.

What would be your top three items every performer must take to the fringe?

Berrocha

Waterproof jacket

Unwaivering hope

That’s not in any order

What’s the secret to successful flyering?

Pay other people to do it! I hate flyering!! I am far too humble to sell my own show.

Who would be your ultimate dream audience member?

Stan “The Man” Lee 😢

If people want to find out more about you where can they follow you on social media?

All our social media is @JULcomedy

And Finally in three words – Why should people come and see the show?

LOVE IT 3000
