- Creator Damon Beesley’s father was a double glazing salesman.
- Filming on the second series of the sitcom was halted in November 2017 after star Ed Westwick was accused of sexual assault by three women in the United States. The actor strongly denied the accusations and in July 2018 the Los Angeles District Attorney announced that it would not pursue the cases due to insufficient evidence. Filming on series two recommenced in November 2018 and the six-part series is expected to be ready to air on BBC Two in early 2019.
