CHEETOS ICE CREAM

It may be cold and wintery outside but it does not mean that it is too early to talk about the world of unusual ice cream flavours. This week we head all the way over to New York to an Ice Cream Parlour that started serving a very unusual flavour last year – Cheetos.
If you do not know what Cheetos are, they are like Wotsits but a lot more cheesier and very very powdery from what I remember. An ice cream parlour called Big Gay Ice Cream released the ice cream named Cheet-ohs on President day last year.
The flavour was a limited edition flavour but was extended throughout the year, particularly around National Holidays. The ice cream is made my first putting Cheetos into a food processor to turn it to dust, The ice cream is then infused with the powder and then finally it is finished off by being covered in the dust.
From watching a video on Business Insider, I discovered that the owner of the shop came up with the idea ‘out of nowhere’ and felt it could make a good flavour for an ice cream. The Big Gay Ice Cream is known for their unusual flavours including the Salty Pimp, Rocky Roadhouse and Blueberry Gobbler.
