Question Roulette – Leather Gloves and Dilemmas….

Three years ago i bought a book in Tampa which is meant to be a great for creative like minds and for the past three years I have made it my New Years Resolution to complete it. The book is called 642 Things To Write About by The San Francisco Writers Grotto. I never got round to writing many of them so what’s a better way then getting through them then writing a few as an article each week! Enjoy!

I have no idea what that is but sounds pretentious

Dark brown hair, thick glasses, big yellow coat, North East accent
431. Describe a person you’ve never met
Brown hair long fringe cut diagonally, 6 foot 1, great personality, tanned, american
432. When Canin said that he wrote ‘The Accountants’ because he wanted to write a story in which a pair of socks seemed important. Pick an ordinary object. Make it someones obsession. Write a story about the obsession.
Tim had to have his leather gloves, the feel of the material close to his skin as he pressed his hand on the steering wheel as he turned the car out of the parking space always made his hairs stand on end – in a good way.
The way they intertwine with his hands as he held her close on the leather, the way that they felt on a cold autumn day as he gently positioned his hands on the golf club ready for his turn.
The thing he loved the most was the way that they felt wrapped around a whisky glass as he sipped his cool, delicate drink and thought about the life around him.
