Let Us Make It Up To You Month – INTERVIEW – Quick Fire Round

It has been a really fun month interviewing the improv company Open Heart Theatre and it has been so much good fun finding out more about the monthly show Let Us Make It Up To You. To finish off our month, we thought we would do a quick fire round just to have a little fun.

If you could be any animal what would it be and why?

Will :A Rapacious Tiger

Owen: I am a Cheeky Monkey

Alex: A curious Corvid

Who is your favourite super hero and why?

Owen: Thor – who doesn’t love a norse god moonlighting as a butt-kicker.

If a movie was made of your life what genre would it be, who would play you?

Will: Jesus, it’d be film noir and it’d be a byronic hero. Eastwood or something.

I would like to think it would be a Coen brothers classic with snappy dialogue and flawed antiheroes. I would be played by a young Danny Devito (He has the same genetic dysplasia I have and so he would at least get the limp right)

If you could go any where in the world where would you go and why?

Will: As far away from civilisations as possible (whilst still remaining in warm climes) I need a holiday.

Owen – Unoriginal for an improviser, but I would like to spend some time doing improv in Chicago.

What would you do with your “15 minutes” of fame?

Will: Say something unpopular but true.

What is one item you could NEVER live without?

Owen: Something to make coffee

Last time you laughed very hard out loud?

Will: Our last rehearsal.

What is your favourite movie quote?

Owen: The first thing that actually came to mind is a play quote…

In response to the question “and how is my little brother” a character responds:

“Cheerful, though gloomy. Uneasily poised”

I think the uncertain nature of the response is something I can often associate with.
