About: Hoopla’s midweek improv comedy fun!!
Tea & Toast
Warming audience bellies since 2016, “Tea & Toast” is the Brighton-based improv troupe everybody loves to love. The improv they bring is satisfyingly grounded in truth and relationships, with a delicious dash of the unexpected.
Museum of Relationships is a fully improvised sketch show, inspired by the audience’s own detritus and objects collected from relationships both current and past.
Tea & Toast are Ric Stewart, Jo O’Gorman, Elena Kerrigan, Simon Goodway, George Roe, Jessie Fuller and Arthur Cotterell.
Jinni Lyons is an Only Child
Comical, lyrical, improvised theatre from an Only Child. Come and watch her people the stage with myriad companions in a series of vignettes charting each character’s quirks and peccadilloes, dilemmas and dreams.
The Die Hards
Improvisers! A Monkey Toast house team.

Date: 22nd February
Time: 8pm
Price: £5
About:
Newsical
Improvised music inspired by newspaper clippings. Ever wanted to see a rap battle between Jeremy Corbyn and Theresa May? If so, then this is the show for you!
Mad Monkey Improv
With no rehearsal and no script, the Mad Monkey Improvisers have to rely on their imaginations and wit to transform audience suggestions into hilariously funny scenes in the blink of an eye. A unique and completely different show every time!
SHAKESPAIR
What happens when you cross blank verse with a blank page and two very blank minds? The “Shakespair” bring you a two-handed show of Improvised revelry. We give you our comedic homage to the bard. Yay, yay and thrice yay! “All the worlds a stage and all the men and women merely players: they have their exits and their entrances, and one man in his time plays many parts”… and two men can play many more and make some stuff up from audience suggestions too!
