If there is one thing that I enjoy doing at Christmas it is gifts – I love coming up with the idea of a present for someone – I love thinking outside the box and trying to come up with something that they would never think of.

The whole trick is listening to someone a few months before Christmas to see what they say in regards to wanting something and then take a mental note of it and never mentioning it again so it’s a huge surprise. I enjoy the look on people’s faces when they get presents they never expected.

Another thing I enjoy doing is making gifts – i like sometimes making handmade gifts such as photobooks, hand drawn cards etc but I also enjoy building mini hampers or gift boxes for people as well.

One thing that people always comment on is my wrapping skills – I like making presents wrapped so that there is no gap in the folds and that they are sellotape down well. Some people find it frustrating as it takes longer to open a present but I think it makes it more of a challenge and the gift more worthy like a reward!
