So we now have our guests ready for the perfect dinner party and now it’s time to get something important sorted – the food!

I am a huge foodie and love cooking so when I started writing this feature I didn’t want to just do the guests, I wanted to do the food and the music!! So before we get onto the evenings entertainment let’s look at the chefs and the food. I have chosen a chef for each course because why not! It’s been difficult to choose for each one but here we go! We started off the other day with the starter and that being created by Jamie Oliver – today we focus on the fish course and there was only one name that came to mind.
FISH COURSE – RICK STEIN
There was many reasons I chose Rick Stein for this dish and it was because if anyone knows about how to cook fish it’s Mister Rick Stein.
For years Rick Stein has been watched in the family home – even though funnily enough we aren’t the biggest fans of eating fish. I mean I love salmon, mussels, prawns cod etc but not fancy fish or seafood. I will eat it if it isn’t s fishy tasting fish if that makes sense- I prefer river based fish.

Anyway, I would want someone like Rick to cook the fish course because he would do it for perfection – I would want him to do something maybe I have never tried or cook something in a different way to see if I like them. For example – I am not a fan of lobster and have only like scallops once and would like to see what he does to them as I am sure he would change my perception.
