Question Roulette – Silence, School, Angry Bob and a bad story idea for Chuck

Three years ago i bought a book in Tampa which is meant to be a great for creative like minds and for the past three years I have made it my New Years Resolution to complete it. The book is called 642 Things To Write About by The San Francisco Writers Grotto. I never got round to writing many of them so what’s a better way then getting through them then writing a few as an article each week! Enjoy!

21 Describe the most recent moment when you couldn’t think of anything to say. Were you having a hard time making conversation, or were you simply dumbfounded?

One of the hardest times i find it hard to make conversation is when I am put into a situation where I have to talk to someone that only answers in one or two words and don’t ask any questions back. It is really hard work to try and continue the conversation and find something interesting to talk about.

22. What could have happened to you in high school that would have altered the course of your life?

There are many things that could of happened to alter life – I could of chosen different choice of lessons, could of got in with the wrong people, fancied different people, but i regret nothing! I kept a diary for all of high school and even though there are cringe worthy moments its nice to look back now and then.

23. You are looking down through the skylight as chefs prepare dinner for your ex-fiances wedding.

Peanuts in the pasta, but he told me he was allergic to peanuts and hated pasta but hey, I guess people completely change when they met snobby money grabbing women. I wish I didn’t have to be on the roof looking at this right now but i guess that happens when your a spy and your ex-fiances chef is a trained assassin and has been put into this wedding to murder the brides to be tax evading father.

24. Put two people who hate each other in an elevator for 12 hours. What happens?

Bob and Jill hate each other, they are stuck in a lift and have been told that they can’t be freed for 12 hours. Bob is mad, he hates his annoying neighbor Jill and can’t stand her voice as its so screechy. Jill is annoyed too – she was meant to be on a fate and can’t stand Bob because he is snobby business guy from the City. They talk small talk for the first hour, Silent for the next two, shout at each other on and off for the next four, go silent again, sleep, designate a toilet corner then spend the rest of it crying and apologizing to each other
