Back in June of 2009, the Danish-Norweigian pop band Aqua, who became known in the United Kingdom for pop songs such as Barbie Girl and Dr Jones, released their greatest hits album and on that was a new release and it was a Christmas song called Spin Me A Christmas.

The single was originally released on the Special Edition re-issue of the album that was released in Denmark In November of 2009. The album reached number one in Denmark and number 7 in Norway, but in the UK is only reached chart position 135.

The song Spin Me A Christmas was the third single to be released off the album, the video is based around Father Christmas.
