If you are looking for something a bit rocky and poppy, then Marianas Trench is the band you need to check out today. The band are from Vancouver in Canada and formed in 2001, consisting of band members Josh Ramsey, Matt Webb, Mike Ayley and Ian Casselman.

The band have a discography or three albums with a fourth currently in the works called Astoria which is set to be released in March 2016. Their music can be classed as pop rock and they have had an array of hits in both the USA and Canada. Both Josh Ramsey and Matt Webb have also been part of side projects as well. Matt Webb  released a solo album last year entitled ‘Bad Girl’ and Josh has also helped produce and write other bands and singers songs including the massive hit Call Me Maybe.

The one thing that I really like about this band is the music videos in the Ever After series. Each video is part of a story and they have a really interesting result. If you google the album it will tell you which way to watch the videos – it should be in the same way that they appear on the album tracklisting.
