Your latest single you have released:

My debut song we just released “Vertigo” by BMT. It’s a super fun song about a night that’s gone too far and the world starts to spiral around you.

Your favourite lyric in this song: 

“I got vertigo, the room is spinning round”

Your favourite song that you have created that is an album track:

As of right now, we have only released this single, but we have a bunch of exciting music in store.

Your favourite song to play live:

It would probably be a song I did while touring with MGK. It was a cover we did of “Total Eclipse of the Heart” by Bonnie Tyler. We did it at the very end of our set and it was just the perfect way to end the show. The fans all pulled out their phones and lighters and put them in the air and it was just one of the most beautiful things I’ve ever seen.

The song that was the longest to write and why?

Probably the song we did about my grandma passing away. It wasn’t exactly the longest to write, but it was definitely the hardest to record due to it being such an emotional topic. We haven’t released it yet but it’s a very touching song that I think a lot of people who have lost a grandma will relate to.

One of your previous tracks you would recommend for first time listeners of your music and why?

Well, we’ve only released “Vertigo” as of right now, but we have a song coming up that I’m very excited to share with listeners.

Dream collaboration:

I’d have to say “Stevie Nicks” because she was my mom and i’s favorite artist when I was growing up. When I was a little girl she used to sing “Rhiannon” to me but she changed the name to “Briana” and that’s always been “our song”. Another fun one would be MGK because it would be like a full circle moment.

Describe the feeling you get when you walk on stage to do a show:

Pure adrenaline lol, I get a huge rush right before going on and don’t come down until I step off stage. It’s where I’ve always loved to be. Ever since I was a little girl.

The track that is most fun to play live:

We haven’t played any of this new music live yet but I’m very excited about some of the upcoming live performances we have lined up.

Essential items you always take on tour with you?

Headphones, lots of vintage hats (I’ve even stacked them all up on my head when boarding a flight so I didn’t have to check them before lol), and also a mobile recording set up. So we can keep doing what we love to do and make more music.

Describe your fans in three words:

I find that the people that typically support my music are people who like a wide variety of genres. I think that they hear all of the different influences in my music and really appreciate it and I appreciate them for that.

A song released in the last few years by an artist or band you wish you had written:

That’s a hard one, I guess I would have to say “Lose Control” by Teddy swims. It’s such a beautiful soulful song that just captivates the listener.

What we can look forward to from your band this year: 

Lots of new music and some exciting collaborations. We have been working really hard on all of the music we are about to release and I can’t wait for everyone to finally be able to hear it.
