Memory of tour:
Playing the Viper Room in front of a crowd of strangers in 2006 and SLAYING
Era for music
1970’s, no contest
Part of making a record
Rehearsing with the band to get it just right…love mixing, too.
Thing about performing at festivals
The camaraderie with the other bands
Quote
“The unfed mind devours itself.”
Thing about the music industry at the moment
Auto-tune and playing to tracks…it’s not what I want to hear when I see a band live. In the studio? Sure, a little touch here and there…but sing the part, dammit. REHEARSE! And if it’s not perfect? That’s rock and roll and f it.
Thing about this year so far?
We have made our best album ever, Lente Viviente. I think you will agree….
